The Role
You will be working directly with the Founders and be part of the Founding Team to craft Accacia’s growth story. We are at an inflexion point where regulations and climate concerns are mandating all real estate enterprises to craft their decarbonization strategy. As Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for bringing Accacia to all these companies.
About The Role (What You'll Do)
- Develop, own, and evolve a digital ad strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and demand among prospects and customers across real estate & infrastructure sector (for Global Markets - Singapore, Middle East, US, Canada, India
- Execute these campaigns on Google, LinkedIn & other portals to drive growth.
- Work on optimization of campaigns through levers like CTR, conversion rate, average order value, etc.
- Analyzing & Reporting data & executing changes based on learnings.
- Coordinate with agencies & design team to ensure campaign implementation.
- Planning & Testing of creatives & Audiences for the ads on various portals.
Responsibilities (What we expect)
- A strong background and 4+ years of experience in performance marketing preferably worked to generate awareness & leads for any b2b platform in Singapore, Dubai or US
- Demonstrable experience owning and executing a digital ad strategy, tracking performance, and achieving high-impact results
- Robust examples of distilling complex topics into easily digestible, compelling assets
- Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and editorial skills—include your work so we can see what you've accomplished!
- The ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
