The Role
The Sales Manager role requires enterprise software sales experience. This is a commercially-focused role that will suit a customer-facing field sales leader in India and involve collaboration with Accacia’s Climate Lead, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and engineering tram.
About The Role (What You'll Do)
- Work with Accacia’s Head of Growth to implement and carry out a sales go-to-market plan and strategy to meet/exceed pipeline generation and bookings targets.
- Align with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnership teams on sales strategy, along with high-quality onboarding and customer experiences between pre and post-sale
- Building brand awareness and sales across a broad portfolio of clients and a demonstrable passion for global sustainability/carbon/climate-related developments.
- Lead customer-facing activities, including inbound leads, first contact, discovery calls, platform demos, follow-up communication, presenting Accacia’s solutions
- Grow annual recurring revenue (ARR), helping the team meet quarterly and annual goals
- Maintain an accurate CRM with information across the sales lifecycle
- Accurately report on performance, KPIs, customer insights, roadblocks and sales forecast.
Responsibilities (What we expect)
- 6+ years of experience managing a high-performing Enterprise Sales team for a SaaS technology company, as well as prior experience being an Enterprise seller.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to give and receive feedback thoughtfully.
- A track record of sales excellence, especially with enterprise customers at an executive level.
- Experience in real estate, building energy management & systems will be a plus.
