The Role
You will work directly with the Founders and be part of the Founding Team to craft Accacia’s growth story. We are at an inflexion point where regulations and climate concerns are mandating all real estate enterprises to craft their decarbonization strategy. As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for bringing Accacia to all these companies.
About The Role (What You'll Do)
- Work with Founders to craft an effective and actionable Go-to-Market Strategy for Real Estate players in India, Singapore and Dubai markets.
- Initiate new business relationships and communicate Accacia’s value proposition to convert them into customers
- Handhold clients in their journey to decarbonization as a trusted advisor
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations with potential customers
- Maintain and track lead CRM
- Represent Accacia at Real Estate industry events
- Work closely with the Marketing team to devise content and performance marketing strategies for the company.
- Build and retain a world-class growth team as per the company’s business plans
Responsibilities (What we expect)
- At least 8-10 years of experience in the infrastructure industry, preferably in a leadership role with IPCs, Big 4 and/or Tier-I consulting/investment banking firms, with selling building/energy management systems to large real estate corporations, or with selling real estate enterprise solutions like Yardi
- A deep understanding of real estate, infrastructure and hospitality sectors, key players, and market landscape is a must.
- Existing relationships with real estate developers and large asset managers
- Executive presence and strategic thinking to represent Accacia in front of leading industry enterprises and at events
- In addition, domain understanding in sustainability and climate space will be preferred.
